Francesca is the Founder of Inspiring My Generation, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Through her work, she has led initiatives that blend education, advocacy, and community impact — including the donation of more than 30,000 handwritten encouragement cards to individuals across Florida, Michigan, Indiana, and California to support mental health and connection.
Through the nonprofit, she is also the host of a globally recognized podcast featuring over 250 conversations with thought leaders, clinicians, educators, and advocates from around the world. These dialogues explore emotional well-being, resilience, and the human experience, helping listeners feel seen, supported, and empowered.
As a curriculum creator, Francesca develops emotional wellness workbooks and children’s books designed to teach practical skills such as emotional awareness, coping strategies, and self-expression. Her resources are used in schools, community programs, and care settings to help children build strong social-emotional foundations early in life.
Francesca is an award-winning keynote speaker, recognized as a Young Innovator in Behavioral Health (2024), and has been featured in Forbes for her leadership and compassionate approach to advancing mental health education. Through speaking, writing, and program development, she is committed to helping the next generation grow with the tools, language, and confidence to care for their emotional well-being.
